Memory Frag 01:05
Staring at me across The thrumming crowd, with hair Glinting red, suspended In the air like a curse Half grin, skin like a bed Of nails, static, caress Cracking my shell, burn books Waiting for your assent Manufacturing chance To pour me out desperate Seeing you in a glint Never again certain Emerald earrings to match My poison gaze, my blood You amuse yourself with Teasing out my shaking vows Your hospitality drowned The violation overwhelms me, I am cast down Only shreds of memory to clothe my shivering frame Moving past my eyes like a blindfold MEMORY FRAG

The economic system founded on isolation is a circular production of isolation. The technology is based on isolation, and the technical process isolates in turn. From the automobile to television, all the goods selected by the spectacular system are also its weapons for a constant reinforcement of the conditions of isolation of “lonely crowds.” The spectacle constantly rediscovers its own assumptions more concretely. At that I turned, and saw before my feet a lake of ice, which in the terrible cold looked not like frozen water, but like glass So thick an ice veil never blocks the course of the Danube in wintry Austria, nor of the Don under the frigid sky, As was this ice; and if Mount Tambernic had fallen on it, or Mount Pietrapan, even its edge would not have made a creak. As the frog in the summer sits to croak, his mug above the pond, while hazy dreams of gleaning come upon the peasant girl, So were the grieving spirits, livid grey, fixed in the ice up to where shame appears, chattering their teeth like storks that snap their bills.
6.
Colonial Capital Enforcement Tyrannical Your laws are just fucking papers! In the end SET FIRE Fucking Paper
7.
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE Cowards living off their identity Leveraging power against me Fitting like 1 in a binary Are you so easily panicked When gender is no longer grounded? Defending your cock with violence If manhood is all you have then I understand why you cling to it, but that doesn’t make me more sympathetic, only more eager to see it torn from you! YOU KILLED MY COMRADES Wringing your shame out, strangling Reproducing violence, apathy YOUR EMPTY STRENGTH STARING OUT WITH SERRATED EYES Cowards like you need the state’s protection when you murder us, but we don’t need an authority to tell us what justice is! RISE UP! SPILL TRANSPHOBIC BLOOD! WILL YOU FEEL SHAME OR FEAR IN DEATH’S CARESS? WHEN YOU GET YOUR THROAT CUT BY “A BOY IN A FUCKING DRESS” YOUR FUCKING STRENGTH STARING OUT WITH SERRATED EYES
8.
Army Dub 03:14

And get to work AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ONCE MORE YOU’LL MEET AN ARMY OF ME You're on your own now We won't save you Your rescue squad Is too exhausted AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ONCE MORE YOU’LL MEET AN ARMY OF ME

about

Burst Synapse's first EP. These tracks were almost all written around Christmas 2019 while I was off work and finally had time to work on music. These tracks come from a time when I feel like I'm understanding the world a little better, but it's also getting more confusing and alienating around me. I've felt the need for songs that express certain feelings I've had, songs which don't exist yet. So I made them.

Songs about the amorphous aesthetics of fascism, songs about spitting in the face of a colonial state that doesn't care for the rights of indigenous people, songs to make trans kids mosh and to scare the shit out of transphobes who think we're weak, songs about the feeling of being watched when you're asked to constantly self-audit your work.

Hopefully some of you felt the need for those kinds of songs, so here they are: raw, angry, poorly mixed, and DIY.

Thanks to Bryan Garris, Rob Marton, Dave Witte, Jon Chang,
Greg Kubacki, J.R. Hayes, Scott Hull, Merzbow, Madison Marshall, Kriegmaster Hatesturm, Chris Colohan, kode9, Damon Albarn,
Malcolm X, Guy Debord, Dante, Björk, and Dylan Walker
for giving me so many good ideas

to steal without asking.
